Herzlich willkommen!
Hallo Leute,

ich habe ein Problem beim Download von einem ftp-Server in den USA und bekomme bald die Kriese! Auf Sony eSupport - RM-NX7000 - Software Updates & Drivers (Einstellung Windows XP) möchte ich die Software "NAVITUS™ Design Software Update - Version 1.0.1 of the NAVITUS Design software." herunterladen, bekomme dies jedoch nicht hin (Seriennummer 101235). Ich habe es mit allen Programmen versucht (Opera, Firefox, Filezilla etc.). Vom Sonysupport erhalte ich nur Hinweise, was man beim Download falsch machen kann, jedoch keine Unterstützung. Die anderen beiden Programme auf dieser Site kann ich problemlos herunterladen? Wer kann helfen??

Hab das mal durchgespielt, es kommt die Meldung "No such file or directory" - die Datei liegt also nicht dort, wo das Script sie abrufen will.
Eindeutig deren Fehler, Du kannst weder was dafür noch was dran ändern.

Danke für die schnelle Antwort! Da ich auch einen Defekt vermutet hatte, hatte ich mich an den Sony Support gewandt. Das Ergebnis siehe unten. Kann es sein, das die Datei nur US-IP-Adressen zur verfügung gestellt wird und somit der Download nur in den USA funktioniert? Für Tipps währe ich dankbar!

We have visited the website and it is functioning normally at this time. We have also tested the available links on the site and did not experience any errors, difficulties or connection refusals. We offer the following troubleshooting tips to assist you:

TIP: Sony's online support pages are designed to work best under
Microsoft's Internet Explorer versions 5.5 or higher. While we
have worked to develop a universally compatible form, some
browsers may not be fully compatible.

TIP: Sony's online support sites use Java Script and Pop-up technology.
Please check that Java support is enabled on your system and that
Pop-ups are not disabled.

1. The website or network connection may have been too busy, or
timed-out when you tried to download the file.

2. The SONY Support and driver FTP download web site is continuously
being updated. The server may be temporarily off line for updates or
revisions. Please bookmark the website and try to obtain the file again.

3. Do not attempt to automatically download the file using the site
link. Your Browser may not support this feature. Instead, right
click the link and choose the "Save-As" or "Open in a New Window"
from the menu that appears.

4. Turn off any "AutoScan Downloads" feature of your anti-virus
software. (You can still scan the file after the download is
complete, but before running the EXE file)

5. Temporarily disable any "download manager" active on your system.

6. If you are attempting to download the file at work, verify that your
network browser and Firewall settings are configured correctly.

So, ich hab gerade noch etwas experimentiert und bin auf eine Lösung gekommen. Die würde ich Sony auch schicken, denn dann wissen die auch mehr und vielleicht tun sie dir ja was gutes wenn du ihren Kundendienst verbesserst. ;)

Ganz toll war auch diese Javascript-Abfrage der Seriennummer. Ich frage mich warum sie sowas überhaupt einbauen.
