Der mit der Posting-MP
USB Safely Remove 4.1 gibt es derzeit vom Hersteller eine Woche lang
kostenlos zum Herunterladen. Ein Schlüssel wird benötigt und erst nach
Prüfung der eingegebenen Daten versendet, was wohl bis zu 24h dauern
kann.

Das Programm ist etwas komfortabler als die von Windows mitgebrachte
Variante zum Entfernen von angeschlossenen USB-Geräten.

Das Programm erlaubt Ihnen die bequeme und sichere Entfernung, ohne
den Ärger mit dem in Windows integrierten Tool zu haben, es zeigt, welche
Programme verhindern, dass Ihr Gerät gestoppt werden kann, verbirgt
leere Kartenleser-Laufwerke, erlaubt das Wiederverbinden von bereits
gestoppten Geräten und hat viele Funktionen für eine komfortable Arbeit
mit Hot-plug Geräten (USB, SATA, Firewire).

Of course we wouldn't mind if you decided to recommend it to others or purchase the lifetime license if you like the program and it solves your problems. But do it only at your option, we won't compel you to do it.

Ich habe das grad in die Box installiert, startet auch.
Allerdings bei Eingabe des angeforderten Schlüssels...

Noch jemand mit dem Problem?

Ich habe den Schlüssel angefordert und hatte ihn schon nach einer Minute.

Das Programm habe ich normal unter XP installiert und alles funzt so wie gedacht.

Danke für den Hinweis - anscheinend muss ich mich schon mal für die 3.3
kostenlos bei denen gereggt haben - eine andere Emailadresse half.
 
Funktioniert auch unter Windows 7 64Bit wunderbar.(y)
Endlich sind die ganzen leeren Laufwerke vom Cardreader weg. :D
 
Ich habe das Ding gestern auch endlich mal installiert und bin
einfach nur begeistert. Man kann ja nicht nur die Hardware
sicher entfernen und per Klick zurückholen, nein viel mehr ist
möglich und da fängt der Spaß erst richtig an.

Für jedes Gerät lassen sich eigene Icons bestimmen und
Aufgaben (Programmstarts etc) definieren, was bei meinen
SD-Card nun der UnrealCommander ist und nach dem
Einstecken des Scanners wird vom Tool meine Scansoftware
und mein PDF-Drucker gestartet, ohne weiteren Klick.

Das nenn ich mal ein geniales Stück Software!
Einzig, daß das Ding relativ viel Speicher belegt, stört mich
ein klitzes kleines wenig, aber bei 1,5 GB geht auch das in
Ordnung.
