luckyBackup ist eine OpenSource Datensynchronisation und Backup Lösung für Linux Distributionen.

luckyBackup legt inkrementielle Sicherungen geänderter Daten im Zielverzeichnis an - auch zwei Wege (bidirektionale) Ordner Synchronisationen sind möglich.

Vor der Sicherung wird geprüft, ob das Zielverzeichnis existiert bzw. verfügbar ist - dies soll verhindern, daß z.B. nicht gemountete Laufwerke als Sicherungsverzeichnis angegeben werden.
