Access by host names and not IP numbers

I am sorry to write in english but im affraid my german is to weak to explain my problem...

As I can see in BPFTP manual there is a possibility to limit access just for
limited number of IP or hostnames for each user account:

The problem is that despite this manual I can not make BPFTP Server v2.21 to
use hostnames instead of direct IP numbers...
Yes limitations by IP works fine. But as soon as I delete IP number and use
hostname instead - server says:

530 Not logged in, access denied.

just like in case of login from unregistered IP number.

Is this a limitation specific for trial version? Will it work in registered
copy of BPFTP?
Or perhaps there is something more I should turnon/turnoff/define in user
config file?
Any hint?

which shows clearly this problem.

There is login probe from 212.14.47.190 which is equal to host osowo.pl
registered as "Allow access" for test user "a".
The first successful attempt which you can see on ssh session was done when IP number was registered (I did not catch it on BTFTP log), it works just fine. The second one failed attempt was done when only hostname osowo.pl was registered as seen on BPFTP logs.
I tried it many times, different ways, from different host - without any result

530 Not logged in, access denied.

Das ist dieselbe Meldung wie beim Login einer nicht registrierten IP.

Ist das Verhalten von BPFTP nur bei der Trialversion so und brauche ich eine Vollversion dafür?
Oder gibt es hierfür noch weitere Einstellungen, die ich vornehmen kann.

Der Login 212.14.47.190 ist der Host osowo.pl, registriert durch
"Allow access" für den Benutzer "a".

Die erste erfolgreiche Verbindung, die ihr bei der ssh - Sitzung seht,
wurde bei der Registrierung der IP hergestellt (ich habe kein Logfile davon), sie steht ja.
Der zweite Einwahlversuch, diesmal mit dem Hostnamen "osowo.pl", mißlang,
wie es auch im Log zu sehen ist.

Ich versuchte es häufig, mit verschiedenen Einstellungen (Zugängen?), mit verschiedenen Hosts - aber ohne Erfolg.

Hoffentlich könnt ihr mir helfen.

The part of the manual you refer to is the description how to setup GLOBAL IP-access, but it should work with the user-settings as well.
