Bei Suse könntest du es ja mit YAST probieren. Ist einfacher, wenn man mit selbstcompilieren keine Erfahrung hat.
Auf Debian kannst du apt-get benutzen.

ich habe suse 8.2 drauf und habe yast mal gestartet aber finde tcl8.4.4 nicht!!!
ich brauche es weil ich zum installen eines eggdrop diesen fehler bekahm

Eggdrop requires Tcl to compile. If you already have Tcl installed
on this system, and I just wasn't looking in the right place for it,
set the environment variables TCLLIB and TCLINC so I will know where
to find 'libtcl.a' (or 'libtcl.so') and 'tcl.h' (respectively). Then
run 'configure' again.
Read the README file if you don't know what Tcl is or how to get it
and install it.

Dann such mal bei http://rpm.pbone.net danach, auf advance search kannste dann die Suse - Server durchsuchen.

Da stehen dann unter anderem die benötigten Pakete.
Ist v4.8 reicht fürn Eggy.
