- Fixed a crash issue at economist.com
- Fixed several "Content not displayed" issues
- Fixed a parsing problem with EMBEDs

UI:
- Try to fix Win9x dialog resize issue
- Fixed cascading window offset issue with SDI
- Fix for favicons being lost in certain circumstances
- Fixed problem with window position not being remembered between sessions

Keyboard/Mouse:
- Fixed problem where mouse gestures could cause a drag state
- Fixed a problem where clicking a link would cause text selection
- It's now possible to use the scrollwheel when hovering scrollbars

Focus:
- Fixed problem where page auto-reloading removed focus from forms

Notes:
- Fixed a problem where double-clicking a notes folder would create an e-mail

Other:
- Try to fix NT4 RAS crash introduced in 7.20 beta 3
- Do not use 'BASEURL=' but 'URL=' in Internet Explorer Favorites import
