New Pricing Structure for Deerfield.com’s DNS2Go
Gaylord, Michigan - Deerfield.com®, a leading provider of Internet optimization and connectivity software, announced that it will shift to a paid model for it’s dynamic DNS service, DNS2Go, on October 1, 2002.
DNS2Go is a Domain Name System that makes computers accessible anytime, anywhere by associating a domain name of the user’s choice to their currently assigned IP address.
"DNS2Go was initially designed as a service to complement our other products," said Carson Mantooth, Product Manager for DNS2Go. "Most of our product line targets small to medium business owners. By introducing a paid model structure, we hope to align DNS2Go more with our target audience."
On October 1, DNS2Go pricing will start at $14.95 a year for a single domain. As with all other Deerfield.com products, a fully functional 30-day trial will be available.
Current Value Added Services customers and DNS2Go Commercial license holders will receive the first year of DNS2Go free. Paid membership for all other current customers will be deeply discounted.
