Pinta ist ein kleines und einfach zu bedienende Bildbearbeitungsprogramm, das sich an Paint.NET orientiert.

Es versteht sich dabei auch als Alternative zu Gimp, das zwar weit mächtiger aber auch komplizierter in der Bedienung ist. Wie sein Vorbild Paint.net steht Pinta unter der MIT - Lizenz und ist auch in einer Version für MacOS X verfügbar.
