kein cgi-bin in srv/www/hdtdocs (Suse 8.2|Apache 1.3)

Hi ...
hab auf meinem system jetzt apache installiert und den perlmod... habe aber kein cgi-bin in /srv/www/htdcos
sondern nur in /srv/www/ ...
aber von dort aus kann ich schlecht scripte ausführen (es sei denn ich weiß nit wie ) da ja das document-root auf htdocs liegt.

hab auch schon in der httpd.conf alle aliase usw die auf /srv/www/cgi-bin lauteten auf /srv/www/htdocs/cgi-bin
umgeschrieben (auch den apache neugestartet) ... ohne effekt. hab dann testweise versucht das cgi-bin von hand zu erstllen und ne ganz einfache perlinfo.cgi auszuführen....
mit dem ergebnis:

hat jemand ne ahnung ? hab jetzt auch keine infos gefunden wo ich ne perl.conf oder sonst was finden kann ...
